1.Who the app is for

IS-opts is the field companion to the IS-Opts.ai operations platform. It is for employees and crews of IS Companies and the businesses it works with. There is no public sign-up: your company's IS-opts administrator creates your account and decides which workflows you see in the app.

2.I can't sign in

Sign in with the same email address and password you use for IS-Opts.ai on the web. If the app says your credentials are invalid, or you see an empty home screen after signing in, contact your company's IS-opts administrator: they can reset your password and assign the workflows your role needs. There is no self-service password reset.

3.Something in the app is not working

Write to [email protected]. Include the version and build shown at the bottom of the Account tab, or of the More screen if your company uses the Projects workspace, along with your iPhone or Android model and its OS version, what you were doing when the problem appeared, and a screenshot if you have one.

Receipts, field forms and fleet work orders that you file while offline are kept on the device and sent as soon as you are back on signal. The Activity tab shows where each one stands.

The Projects workspace is different in this release: it runs on sample data. What you file there queues under Projects → Sync and stays on the device rather than reaching the platform, so do not use it to record work that has to count.

4.Privacy and data requests

How the app and the platform handle information is described in the Privacy Policy. Requests about your personal information — access, correction, or deletion — go to [email protected].

5.App updates

Updates arrive through the App Store, Google Play, or TestFlight, depending on how your company distributes the app. When a screen tells you to update, install the new version before continuing: older builds stop working against the platform once their API is retired.
